Police Stations
When we accept your instructions, we aim to attend the Police Station within 45 minutes and ensure where necessary the client is aware of our arrival. We will provide the detailed case notes and result to the instructing solicitor as soon as we are made aware, always well in advance of any court hearing.
All our Agents notes are compliant with the LSC’s requirements, and a completed and signed CRMS1 & 2, CRM14, CRIM15 and the new online equivalent will be posted first class on the same day. You will receive a bill and 30 day invoice detailing our costs.
Court Appearances
When instructed to attend court, we will attend the Magistrates’ Court, carefully peruse and consider the relevant paperwork, then a detailed consultation with the client, advise on law, mode of trial and likely outcome (where possible).
Court attendance notes will be sent to you within 24 hours.
